How to deactivate your Draftable Business license

If you’re looking to deactivate an unused Draftable Business license, it’s important to understand the process to avoid any potential issues. This knowledge base article, will guide you through the steps involved in deactivating a license, including contacting the Draftable support team to notify of your license deactivation.

Deactivating your license

1. Right click the Draftable Desktop icon in the toolbar and select settings. 

   
2. In the licensing tab, select deactivate, and in the following screen click yes. 

   

   
   

   
3. This will remove your product key from your Draftable Business application, which will allow you to enter a new product key in the following screen below.

   If you don’t intend on using a new key, you can simply close this window.
    

   
4. It is important to contact the Draftable support team at [e-mail] when you do deactivate licenses if you intend in using those licenses on other machines.
